The relationship between methods and results is similar to that between goals and strategy. A Method is like a strategy; it is a way of getting results. However, the results from the same method can be different for different people. A method may not work for everyone, and it certainly can depend on timing. An example is guided meditation. Guided meditation is a method, but people usually have very different results. In this workshop, one goal is to present methods in a sequence which has worked for us and for others. Our strategy is to label what is a method and what is a result. Also to present things in a sequence that seems to work because of timing. | ||
