| This Workshop is presented in three levels and includes simple steps that do not require special knowledge, a particular belief, or experience. The first level is open to anyone. The next two levels are here, but require a password to enter. To do the workshop, just follow the steps. Within each step (like this one) you will find links to other steps. Some of the steps are necessary, others are optional or simply provide information. To navigate your way, we recommend using the site maps. Necessary steps for moving to the next level are shown in bold on the site maps. If you lose track of where you are, just click on Home at the top of the page, or the back arrow. We do reference recommended CDs, events or other items that are not free. However, these are not required to complete this workshop and are offered at minimal cost or by donation.
