There is a great deal of information in this workshop, but it sometimes is difficult to find. So we have created site maps to help you find your way and to highlight what is important. We suggest that you print each site map and use it as:

A map

A check-off list to keep track of what you have completed

A place to mark those things (such as meditations), which you want to use again or revisit

A place to write notes, comments or questions

Key steps are in bold and are required to be completed to gain access to the next level.

The parts that the authors have not completed are marked by “not done.” If one of these is of particular importance to you, contact us and let us know. It is important that we all work together to build this workshop.
