| A Light Center, as used in this Workshop, is a physical place on the Earth where Light Bearers gather to bring in the Light. We are encouraged to help as many people as possible to become Light Bearers because this is the time to bring as much Light as possible. One way to do this is to create Light Centers. One way to create a Light Center is to gather a group of people in a circle and do the exercise Creating a Personal Vortex. This will unify the field of the group, so that everyone is in the same frequency. And everyone's stuff will have been cleared. Working as a group, the field of energy can be multiplied 100,000 times. This is why it is so important to create Light Centers. These become a place where people can go to find peace, to be balanced, to be clear and to be out of fear and out of time, if they choose. It is a place that becomes a portal between dimensions. At the end of the time together, and you have finished your work and the group is ready to disband and go its merry ways, please remember to close the portal and ask that it be sealed for the highest good of all through all time-space continuums. When you do this you have sealed it for all time. Closing the portal is important when a Light Center is created in a place used for different purposes, such as a home. This is because people can get into fear and we don't want that to be put into the planet by leaving the portal open. If you are creating a Light Center in a sacred place where people gather with conscious awareness of the Light, then it is OK to leave the portal open. Using a portal is like a Vortex (see How to Use a Vortex) and like a Vortex, it is good to have a designated caretaker who is responsible for the portal and can make the decision when to close the portal. In using a portal or a Vortex, we need to be prudent and listen to our guidance (intuition). And we need to be sure to stay out of fear as much as possible. To this end, we have the assurance that if we forget to do something, or do something that is not of the highest good, that we have help (see "Clean-up Crew").
