"Life is a series of choices. Be careful of the choices that you make for they will determine your life.” Blanche Gray Use an intuitive method to make life decisions. As your skill, confirmation through experience, and confidence grow, you can progressively use these methods as follows. Daily decisions such as what to eat, which vitamins to take, and what to wear can be made with intuitive methods. Our results show that the answers change from day to day, week to week, month to month, and season to season. This makes sense as we change as we experience life. It is confirming that we find that our needs follow general trends. For example, our intuitive results show an increasing need for vitamin D in the winter months. This seems to start later in the fall than we expect and also extends longer into the spring. Longer range decisions such as what book to read, whether to take a class, what group to join, and what vehicle to buy can also be made using intuitive methods. This saves a lot of time and money. It is important to emphasize that these answers do not reflect badly on the item or the person who recommends them. They simply mean that something is not for us at this time, that we need to focus our energy elsewhere, or something like that. Keep in mind that the answer may change with time. A book that was recommended to us some time ago (and the intuitive answer was a no) may now become very valuable because we are different now than then. As well as life changing decisions such as were to live, what job to apply for, and where or when to travel. Intuitive methods can even be used to help when making life-threatening decisions. Intuition can be used for any choice. It is absolutely amazing how many choices we make in our lives and how many of them we make without thinking or even being aware that we are making a choice. Intuition can be used to decide which thoughts (and how we think about them) have a positive or negative effect on us or where our attention is best focused. The authors of this workshop continue to find new ways to use intuitive methods. What is amazing in each case is that the opportunity has been there all along, we just have not been aware of it.
